I purchased this from Spearit Sound as a refurb last October. When I got it, it appeared to be a brand new unit based on its condition and that none of the accessories had ever been opened. There is a ding in the aluminum front panel just below the a/v input panel (I have included a photo of it), but other than that it is flawless to my eyes. I am guessing it happened somewhere near the end of the assembly line or the packing line.
It performed flawlessly in the 11 months I used it. It is one of the most musical of the many AVRs I have owned over the past 20 years!
Included in the sale is the AVR, remote, zone 2 remote, power cord, Audyssey mic, and AM and FM antennas. As with many electronics these days, there is no owners manual included in the box, forcing you to download it from the internet. It will ship in the original double box packaging.
