Up for sale is a pair of Rogue M-180 (M180) Monoblock Power Amplifiers.
These amazing monoblocks were rated Class A by Stereophile. "Best attainable sound for a component of its kind, almost without practical considerations; "the least musical compromise." A Class A system is one for which you don’t have to make a leap of faith to believe that you’re hearing the real thing." That really says it all!
These are the best amps I've ever owned, but family and work commitments have taken a toll on my listening time. My loss is your gain. They have low hours on them and even lower hours on the Electro-Harmonix KT90 output tubes. I would guess no more than 30 hours on the tubes.
I'm a huge fan of Rogue. I also own the Ninety-Nine Magnum preamp, the Cronus Magnum integrated and have previously owned the M-120 monoblocks and Sixty-Six Magnum preamp. Not only does Rogue Audio make neutral sounding, powerful, detailed, all-american tube amps, but they have a customer service that's second to none! Often, when I've called with a question, the person answering on the other end is Mark O'Brian himself, the man who actually designed the amps. A very nice and obviously talented guy. Not sure if it would have been the same if I had bought one of the many tube amps made in China. Nothing against making amps in China, but it's a value added element that is hard to put a price on. I must note that one of the binding posts is slightly bent, but it's in perfect working order and hardly noticeable. I've been using both spades and bananas with it.
Buyer pays shipping and 3% paypal fee. Checks are welcome, I'll ship as soon as it clears. Local pick up in Los Angeles also welcome.
They will be shipped in the original boxes and includes the manual.

Power, Grace, and Precision -- when you are ready for the ultimate in vacuum tube amplification, look no further than the Rogue Audio M-Series of monoblocks. With 150/180 Watts of pure tube power, these monoblocks stunningly accomplish the impossible. After drawing the curtains aside on a soundstage of full height, width, and depth, the pace and musicality of the M-Series provide a riveting performance that will leave you breathless. And along with their profound sonic merits, the monoblocks are aesthetically exquisite amplifiers that will stoically serve as the cornerstones of your system.
Using circuitry derived from our Zeus amplifier, the M-Series are marked by an exceptional design that places it squarely at the forefront of tube technology. Just a few of the notable features are a "slow start" logical turn-on for extended tube life, a massive high capacity power supply, and the ability to externally switch between either ultra-linear or pure triode operation. The highly efficient design also means cool running and greatly extended tube life. Other refinements include balanced (XLR) and RCA inputs, mechanically isolated transformers, matched octets of KT88/KT90/KT120 output tubes, and separate 4 and 8 ohm taps on the rear. In keeping with Rogue Audio's "quality by design" philosophy, only the finest components are used in the amplifier's construction, truly making the M-Series ... An Intelligent Indulgence. See for yourself why the M-180 monoblocks are a Stereophile Magazine "Class A Recommended Component.".
