SHINDO MONBRISON PREAMP

upgrading within the shindo line. monbrison was a distinct upgrade over the aurieges and am anticipating same sort of upgrade to another shindo preamp. shindo power cord included. will be double boxed. shipping by fedex ground included within CONUS> incidentally, i received a neutral feed back concerning the purchase of an equipment rack i had sold. the buyer stated that i ignored 5 of his subsequent emails and the packaging was less than perfect. then he subsequently responded with his complaints to an active ad i was running. i checked my page in audiogon and had never received any emails from him other than those for purchase. i called him and left him a voice message telling him this and that my phone number was on the shipping tag on the boxes he received. the metal rack was packaged in that box from the factory and i had fedex/kinkos package the glass shelves. i believe that this new audiogon system is flawed and does not always work properly forwarding emails. explained this to buyer and that instructions, which were no more than what could be intuited, were mailed to him 2 weeks after the shipment of the gear was made. he indicated that he had already resold the gear. the buyer has subsequently removed the neutral feedback.
