This tube came with an integrated amp I bought from a reputable Audiogoner. He provided a receipt (that I can’t seem to find) from Brent Jesse Recording showing a purchase price of $180. He represented the tube as having a few hundred hours on it when I took possession. The sticker from Brent Jesse Recording on the box notes that the tube was tested 11/22/2010, and I replaced it with an Amperex shortly after buying the integrated in April 2011 – so it could only have had a few months use on it).
