I have a set of 8 Stainless Steel Speaker Spikes from Soler Points. They are roughly 1.25" in diameter, 1.5" tall (2" with 1/4 20 stud) (sorry about the mispelling in the ad's title!)
I would rate them a very conservative 8/10 - for age - they are still REALLY sharp. They will be wrapped well - and double boxed.
They have been VERY effective under my Blue Circle speakers (Ohm Acoustics Manufactured), as well as under previous Martin Logans (which the BM2's replaced).
