The Adcom GFA-5800 two-channel power amplifier gives a power-packed performance every time and with every application. The range of sounds produced by the 400-watt amplifier reproduces audio with crisp clarity. It maintains a constant output of power with a high damping factor. With 250-watts per channel, the delicate sounds of instrumentals and the thumping bass of heavy metal are pumped out with outstanding audio quality. The signal to noise ratio is 100 dB. The heavy amplifier produces distortion-free sound with very little vibration. The amplifier, designed by Nelson Pass, utilizes an FET signal path and MOSFET output devices for a warmer sound, and capable of operating in very low impedance.
