ADCOM GFP-345 Preamplifier

Preowned ADCOM GFP-345 preamplifier in very good condition. In 11 years of operating an audio upgrade and service business (dedicated to power amp and preamplifier restorations), I have only seen 4 of these preamps come through our shop and ADCOM is our #1 most popular brand. This preamp has 4 high-level inputs (3 if optional phono board is installed as it takes the Aux 1 position). It is a basic preamp offering the simplicity of a single gain stage for signal accuracy and integrity. The gain stage is designed around an ADCOM 6AA opamp which is a higher spec AD711(J). Like the more expensive GFP-565, this preamp also biases the gain stage into single ended Class A by using a pair of current sense diodes. For even better performance, one can replace the opamps with Burr Brown OPA604 but be sure to remove the bias diodes as the OPA604 has an all-NPN output stage.
