I am the third owner of this versatile Audio Research LS9 line stage all digital pre-amplifier.  Rated 5 for its cosmetic condition and 7 for its operation.

The two handles have paint wear due to rubs, but NO dings.  It also has scratches and marks all around the chassis.  It is in this condition when I got it from the second owner.  

It performs well with my set up with slight hiss if you put your ears very close to a pair of speakers.  Of course you won't hear the hiss when music is played and you listen far away.

A key feature of this pre-amp is that you can connect TWO power amps via TWO sets of XLR connectors.  It also has TWO XLR input connector pairs for TWO different sources.

It comes with the original AR remote, inspection certificate, and a compatible non-OEM power cord.  Please note only the source selection buttons on the remote works.  Other functions on the remote do not work.

Unfortunately the original shipping carton is not available, but it will be packed well for safe delivery.

Priced very attractively when comparing to the other AR line stage pre-amps.
