Channel Islands VCD MKII 12V upgrade power supply with Synergistic Research Red fuse

Up for sale is an absolutely gorgeous, jewel-like, built like a tank, Channel Islands VCD MKII 12V Upgrade power Supply. New cost $449 plus $89 for the included Synergistic Research Red fuse. Note that the retail price of the high-current CIA 12 V powers supply offered here is more than the 9V.

It is DC regulated, meaning there is no switching to add noise to the audio signal. It uses a very high quality transformer, discrete Shottky bridge rectifier and a low-noise filter/regulator circuit, providing over 1A of continuous current. It looks and sounds absolutely phenomenal.

I was using it on a DSpeaker Anti-Mode 8033S-II Automatic Subwoofer room correction device, (see my USAM ad) but it will work with any compatible 12V device. Output is via a standard 2.5 mm DC jack. Comes with high-quality connection cable. Like for all power supplies, an inexpensive adaptor may be needed for connection to your device.
With the Synergistic Red fuse, and the sonic results are outstanding.
