Classe CP700 preamplifier / Phono [Template]

I never thought I'd be listing this for sale. It is the best preamp I've ever owned and I've had at least 15 over the years. I owned the CP800 and the CP500. This is the best of the three. As you can see from the pics, the CP700 has dual balanced outputs. I never used both but I like the idea of the ability of running two balanced outputs. This has the internal phono section. If you don't want it, I can remove it and sell for $300.00 less. It is an excellent phono section with dip switches internal. Over the other pre amps mentioned, the CP700 offers more bass extension and improved sound staging. I can very clearly hear more detail through this pre than any other I've tried. ( I've not owned mega buck Audio Research so I can't offer a comparison there).  This has an external power supply.          This just came back from Classe. There was a problem that required service. This was one of the last CP700's that they built. It was manufactured in 2012 according to Classe. It would shut down when in idle mode. It would power back up again though this was an issue. Classe serviced it under warranty. They replaced the main board, the touch screen (It worked fine though) and the power connector for the power supply. This is as new a CP700 as you will find! The warranty will no longer apply as the five year mark is up in October I think. I can see no marks on this what so ever. The reason for selling is my time only allows me to listen to music for less than an hour a week! Bummer! I can't see having this much money tied up in equipment at this point in my life. There is no end in sight for my crazy schedule. I WILL SHIP THE POWER SUPPLY IN A SEPERATE BOX!! (No extra charge for this within the continental USA).
