Creek OBH-22 Remote Passive Preamp XLNT sound and versatility

I've finally decided to put my Creek OBH-22 up for sale. I haven't used it hardly at all since I bought it about 3 years ago. What I mean by this is that it has been sitting in my closet 99.9% of the time. It is pristine. I've held onto it without use for so long figuring that it would be a handy device to keep around "just in case." I still feel a little reluctant to sell it, but I don't need to hoard gear. I figure if I'm not using it to enhance my musical enjoyment or have solid plans to use it, someone else should.
If you're looking at this, you likely know what it is, and how good of a component it is. I think this is probably the only remote controllable passive preamp available anywhere near the price range. An important feature that I think gets overlooked too, is that this is the only model of passive pre that Creek has made which allows input selection from the front panel. The OBH-12 and older models only had input selection via remote.
The unit is like new (rating an 8 only due to age, but is easily a 9), and comes with the original power supply and oval shaped remote. I don't have the original packaging and I don't believe I have the manual, but the latter can be easily found and downloaded from Creek or I can e-mail it to the buyer.

My preamp looks exactly like the unit in the 2 matching pictures with the older / nicer version face plate. The remote that is bundled with my preamp looks like the one shown in the pic that doesn't match the other 2 pics. Disregard the preamp unit shown in the non-matching pic. Sorry for any confusion.
