A pair of Emotiva XPA-1 monoblock power amplifiers in great condition. I am the original owner, and our home is smoke and pet free.

These are the original model – power rating is 500 watts @ 8 ohms. These were lightly used to power a pair of Revel Performa F52 floor-standing speakers (also for sale) in a small bonus room. Movies and acoustic music (folk and symphonic) were the main fare. They are in excellent condition – you can also see that the protective film is still on the display panel. They do have some small scrapes on the side from the rack they resided in (thus the 8/10 rating) – I've done my best to show this in the photos (the scratches are on one side of each amp – if the amps are placed together these sides can be placed on the facing sides). I'm happy to touch the paint up for anyone that finds it a problem. A final point worth mentioning is that the aluminum decorative strips on the front can be removed. I found them cheap-looking, and removed them while I had these set up.

These are well-made and nearly bullet-proof (they contain their own surge protection system), and extremely heavy (88 lbs boxed). They are a hybrid class A/AB "fully differentiated" design (which is best understood through a Google search ;) They are listed as requiring a 20A circuit, but I'd say this is only for loads of 4 Ohms or less, or for extreme volume levels... I never had a problem at all with a 15A circuit breaker. If your speakers are 8 Ohms and you listen at pain-free levels you shouldn't have problems with the typical 15A circuits found in most homes. If you have Magnepan or other planar speakers you might want to install 20A breakers.

I am willing to deliver these within a 200 mile range of 30907 for $50. Otherwise, you can let me know what shipping service you prefer based on the weight and size shown below (remember there are two boxes). If you prefer not to use PayPal let me know and we can work something out.

24"W x 25"D x 12"H 88 lbs each, double-boxed in original boxes.
