2 month old Emotiva XSP-1. Item sounds fantastic - tremendous pre-amp. Selling as I AB'd with a Cambridge and decided to keep the Cambridge because it matched my amplifier set. 
Warranties on Emotiva products are completely transferable. I purchased this on Amazon and missed the return window, so selling here.
