This is the Mini Mac. All the legendary styling, QUALITY, and power you expect in a Mac... McIntosh but in a very compact form.

It looks exactly like a McIntosh amp should. Nice Blue Meters, plenty of chrome, Autoformers and great speaker binding posts.

The quality is all there. Plenty of power for bookshelves and even quite a few towers. Just pick something with 89 or more sensitivity, think Focal, Sonus Faber, KEF, Paradigm and this unit will drive them with ease.

The built in DAC is first rate and has Optical, Coax, and USB inputs.

As a dedicated Headphone amp it is among the very best. Extremely and perfectly adaptable due to the autoformers it can handle the most demanding electrostats and conventional models as well.

It has a host of adjustments, from Bass, and treble to input sensitivity, source labeling, and many more especially on the headphone side.

If you are looking at this piece you already know about McIntosh and just what this piece is. I can tell you it is flawless. No knicks, scratches or mars of any kind. Works perfectly and with enough hours to be nicely burned in but not abused or overplayed in anyway. Was part of a great office system for about 9 months.
