Heed Obelisk Si (MK-I edition) Solid State Integrated with X-2 Dual-Mono Power Supply

This is a rock-solid combo in great working and cosmetic condition.

Considerations for the buyer:
  
I do not have the shorting plug for the Si that would allow the unit to operate independently of the X-2 (it would plug into the X-2 input and close the circuit). Really a non-issue as I am selling the units together -- that is how they came to me, and how I have always used them.

The source selection knob is not a great design. It is a mechanical component and the electrical wire leads bind around the inside of the knob as you flip clockwise through the sources. What this means is that past Source #3, the resistance on the knob increases and the knob can be finicky to turn. This has absolutely no effect on the performance, but the design has been improved upon in later editions of the Obelisk. It was never really an issue for me, as I only ever had 2 inputs max going into the unit. May be an annoyance if you are planning to use 4+ inputs.

I picked these up from demo sale (from Heed authorized dealer), so the boxes are not matched to the original units, but they will be well-packaged for shipment (I have shipped them twice myself without issue). Otherwise, everything you see is included -- units, 115v standard issue power cables, X-2 interface power cable, and remote.
