Jeff Rowland Concentra I Near Mint! (Reduced – now willing to ship!)

If you are viewing this ad, then you are likely aware of both the quality of this superb amp, and its relatively rarity on the secondary market. I have owned this Concentra I for around 10 years, and am the second owner. It has been in storage on Long Island for the past two years, and, as I am moving to Europe, I have decided to sell it.
The logistics of this offer are a bit unusual, so please read the following carefully. I am currently in Portugal, and will return to the NYC area on Friday, June 24. I will be in town for only a few day, and would like to consummate a deal at that time. Ideally the new owner could retrieve the amp from my secure storage facility in Floral Park, Long Island (easy to find, and close to the LIE and Cross-Island Pkwy), but I am willing to ship.
I have many references, especially within the vintage watch community, and a perfect eBay rating with 300+ transactions. I would also be happy to call any interested parties in order to discuss details, etc.
Now, as far as the details relating to the amp go, it is by far the best Solid State amp that I have ever used. I believe the condition to be near-mint, but frankly, as I haven't seen it for so long, I cannot be 100% certain. I do not recall any flaws at all, let alone on the beautiful aluminum face. It certainly operates perfectly, and never gave me any problems.
The only issue that I can think to mention is that I removed the two balance buttons from the hand-held remote, as I never used them, and did not want to inadvertently activate them. I simply taped over the holes, and never had the slightest problem. While I am not certain that I will be able to find the buttons, there is a very good chance that I will. If not, I would be happy to pay for replacements, should that be necessary. I am also 98% certain that the original box is included. On the outside chance that my memory on this is faulty, I would be willing to provide a modest, mutually agreeable discount.
