I have a Jhango passive transformer type preamp, cosmetically fine other than a few paint scrapes here and there no dents or anything. The face looks real good, you can tell its been taken care of. it's in good shape but there are a couple positions on the volume knob to where only one channel works, if you move to the next position it works fine. I bought it this way and its never bothered me you just bump it to the next position.
Not sure of the problem but it is there.
Very natural sounding preamp, for my asking price very hard to beat.
