Krell FPB 300c Outstanding Krell power - recapped & lightly used

Up for sale is my beloved FPB 300c (Cast) power amp.The Full Power Balanced 300c Stereo Power Amplifier is designed for the audiophile who wants the ultimate sound quality from a stereo amplifier with power capabilities of 300 Watts per channel into 8 Ohm, 600 Watts per channel into 4 Ohm, and 1200 Watts per channel into 2 Ohm loudspeaker loads.

Features Sustained Plateau Bias II, which employs microprocessors to monitor not only the signal level, but also the loudspeaker's impedance; Current Mode Technology allows each output stage of the Sustained Plateau Bias operation to operate in current mode rather than voltage mode, and CAST takes advantage of Krell's Current Mode Technology to transmit signal as current.
Built like a Krell, measuring 19"W x 10 1/4"H x 20"D and weighing 110 pounds.This amp was recapped and upgraded by Krell Nov. 2011 and I bought it a month later....see invoice in photos. Only reason selling it because I upgraded to the FPB 450mcx monos. But honestly, the difference is subtle...the FPB 300c is that good!! ...and a terrific savings over the 400cx which is the practically the same amp.
