Threshold FET Ten E - Legendary Nelson Pass Design - Late Model Unit

Threshold FET Ten E linestage in very good cosmetic and perfect working condition. This is one of the best preamplifiers ever designed by Nelson Pass. Neutral, clean, pure, dynamic, musical with an open sound stage. Superb construction with gold plated boards, daughter board gain modules, and overbuilt power supply. Collectible with a dedicated following to this day as witnessed by the Threshold Lover's Website.

Beautiful appearance with only a few very minor little nicks or paint flakes - see detailed photos.

Purchased from an audio friend who is also an electrical engineer that spent lots of time studying the variations and production changes as he bought and sold FET-10s. All FET-10E units are not created equally - this unit is the last regular production version with military grade parts and only bettered by the extremely rare final variant (FET-10 E-T) which is the best possible unit Threshold could build. I have a black FET-10E-T that I plan to list - contact me if interested.
