Luxman L-505uX integrated amp USA-version ::: Pristine

I am the original owner of this Luxman L-505uX solid-state integrated amp, bought from an authorized U.S. dealer. In pristine condition both for sound and looks. The L-505uX is a current model in Luxman's integrated amp line.

This unit, like all Luxman integrated amps, comes with a really fine phono stage as well. I have been using it with DeVore Fidelity Gibbon 88 speakers with great results. The detail, musicality, and soundstage of this amp is superb. In fact, the only reason I'm selling it is to buy one of its Luxman big brothers.

One of my favorite features of Luxman integrated amps is the ability to separate the amp and preamp sections. My main use of that is with my DAC, which can work as a preamp and directly control the power amplifier in the L-505uX. I'm still not sure if I prefer the Luxman's own detailed preamp or using the DAC (a Chord DAVE) as the preamp, but I sure like being able to go back and forth.

Note: This is 115V North American market version, not a Japanese import. No need for step down adapters/transformers, which some say can degrade sound quality.

Dave, who notes this Luxman of his is a North American model and NOT one of those Japanese-sourced Luxman units typically sold on eBay or Amazon that needs a voltage transformer and potentially overseas service
