125 watts rms / channel USA- made Marantz 240. Works fine. If I had to characterize the sound of this amp, I'd say the thing that always impressed me was it's very controlled bass- bass is deep, taut and well textured. Highs do not have the grainy character of many 1970's-era amplifiers, in fact treble might seems just a tad recessed. Overall, a very nice sounding amp for the money. VERY well made, just about the last of the "golden era" of US-made Marantz products.
I am the second owner of this amp, I bought it about six months after the original owner sold it to buy a motorcycle in about 1975. Original manual included.
Cosmetically in OK shape, as shown in pictures. Not much "rack rash" on top, and front panel is in quite decent condition, with some nicks along it's edges. Nice Marantz "slightly rose champagne" color anodize finish.
Charging buyers a fee to use PayPal is low-rent, and I will never do it.
