The only reason why I do not rate this preamp as Excellent is because there is a small scratch on the chassis of the main unit. Other then that the unit is cosmetically and functionally 100%. All buttons and knobs are in working order. To be sure this unit will arrive at your location in total working order I placed in an authorized Mark Levinson repair shop where I paid over $400 for labor, cleaning, and replacement parts. The shop I had the unit in is guaranteeing their work for 90 days which started running on 09/22/17. This is a wonderful preamp that is quite, has a very warm wide natural sound stage. The only reason I am selling this unit is to raise the funds needed to go totally with a tube setup. I have the owners manual and the original double boxes the unit came with. Bid on this unit with confidence; it will arrive at your place ready for work.
