This is the best amp I ever had, beautiful, powerful, sounds detailed and smooth, drives my Revel Ultima Studio2 effortlessly.
The usual McIntosh heavily build and at the same time beautiful. Its got the traditional thick glass face plate no longer available on current models.
The unit functions perfectly and all features are working. Autoformers and Power Guard will let you match with any speakers without worrying about lack of power (400W + 400W or 800W mono) or blowing up your speakers (too much power). Of course sounds great as well.
Cosmetically the unit is in mint condition. No scratches or dents or rust of any type. See pictures of actual unit taken just now.
Comes with the McIntosh double box packing. The amp is bolted to plywood base plate and placed in an inner box. The inner box in turn placed in a very think outer box with foam padding. The outer box has taken some beating due to past shipping.
The whole think is heavy (150+ lbs) and would be shipped for a flat $150. UPS/FedEx Ground or Freight will be decided based on final weight.
