MERRILL AUDIO VERITAS stereo power amplifier Free Merrill ANAP XLR cable with purchase!

For sale is a Merrill Audio Veritas stereo amplifier. Merrill only made these for a limited time and this is the first stereo version that I have seen for sale on the used market. Unfortunately, I have to downsize my system, so this is for sale.

I will include a Merrill ANAP 1.5 meter XLR cable (MSRP: $1,149) free of charge if my full purchase price is met.

Here are some of the specs/features:

*400 watts/channel at 8 ohms

*Cardas speaker and XLR connections

*Stillpoints Ultra Mini feet

*I had Merrill install 2 Audio Horizons platinum reference fuses into this unit. This upgrade lowed the noise floor and increased transparency and resolution

You can see some of the other features/specs on the Merrill website. Merrill stated that the major difference between the monoblocks and the stereo version (other than the number of chassis) is the fact that the stereo version has one power supply shared by both channels, whereas the monoblocks obviously each have their own separate power supply. I don't think there will be much of a difference in sound between the monos and stereo version unless connected to power hungry speakers at high volumes.

This unit is in 7/10 condition because of two cosmetic issues which you can see in the photos. I dropped a heavy power cord connector on the unit which made a small indentation in the metal. The other blemishes are two small paint chips which have been touched up. Both cosmetic issues are not very noticeable and do not detract much from the beauty of the unit. There are no functional issues.
