Nikko Beta 30 Stereo Preamplifier.

For sale is one used Nikko Beta 30 stereo preamplifier. This classic vintage preamplifier is in very good condition for its age. There are no scratches on the front panel, there are some light markings on the top panel paint but the steel beneath is not showing through. Sides are also in very good condition.

This is an excellent sounding preamplifier. Much better than you might expect at this price point. You would have to spend $800 to $1000 to get a comparable sounding and functioning preamp today.

This preamp features 4 line level inputs, 2 tape outputs, a phono input, switchable for either MM or MC cartridges; it also has a processor loop for adding an equalizer or a tube buffer, or something like that, and it has 2 outputs, all on RCA connectors.

The front panel offers bass, treble and balance controls, a muting switch, subsonic filter, cartridge selection, full tape recording functionality, and sound processor switching, and a headphone output.

We do not have the original packaging but this will be well packed for safe shipping.

The retail price for these was around $400.

30 day repair warranty: On all used products we will warrant that the product will function as described in the ad for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. We will repair the defective product or offer an in-store credit for the full purchase price if a repair is not possible. The choice of repair or refund for in-store credit will be at the sole discretion of our store. New and demo products will carry the manufacturers full warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our store.
