For sale is a Tempest preamp with MM and MC phono preamp and remote control, almost perfect condition, scarcely used, serial number 580. Exceptionally well-constructed in the USA by Klaus Bunge using a Symphonic Line design from Germany. This is an early model but can be sent to Odyssey Audio to be upgraded to SLB Extreme. In any case, it is performing wonderfully. Still 8 years left of transferable warranty. One owner used in a dedicated smoke/pet free music room. Purchased Dec ’04. Sold with its original packaging, instructions and power cord (European standard). Rated 7 due to a couple of small nicks (see pictures) and age.
ATTENTION. This unit works on 220V. For use under 110V you will need an external transformer or, alternatively, it can be sent to Klaus for internal modification.
