Parasound Halo JC-1 Monoblock amplifiers in Black

Up for sale is a pair of the top-of-the-Line JC-1 Monoblock amplifiers from Parasound, in factory Black finish. Widely reviewed and praised by the audio press, still listed as a "Class A" product in Stereophile, even a cursory search on Google will show how well thought of this amplifier is in today's market. With over 400 watts of power on tap, and capable of running in 25 watts of class-A power (switch selectable), these amplifiers are in that rare class of super amp that can authoritatively power even difficult loads yet still have the agility to sound delicate and refined when asked.The only thing I wasn't totally satisfied with were their speaker wire binding posts: I use Nordost cables with banana connections, and the stock binding posts are a bit shallow. So, I modified one of the two pairs of supplied posts by substituting a pair of WBT binding posts, which are excellent (see included pictures). I find the WBTs to be a superior connection, but it's up to you-as both the original and WBT posts are wired in parallel, use either set as you wish. Or, as it's a simple mechanical substitution, I am including the extra set of original posts if you want to switch back for any reason. I wouldn't!
The amplifiers are in mint condition and are a year and a half old, in black. I am the original owner, and they have only been used in a dedicated, smoke-and-pet free room. I'm totally satisfied with the JC-1s, selling solely to downsize and because I'm one of those nutty audiophiles!
