Pass Labs X350 Stereo Amplifier

Anyone who knows Nelson Pass and his amplifiers knows exactly how phenominal they are. The quality and workmanship are as good as it gets and when you attempt to pick up this 132 pounds instrument you'll appreciate what goes into the making of this beauty. As to the sound, although having some of the attributes of Tubes, is best described as very robust and "Liquid" in its ability to sound grain free and non-electronic. Unlike some solid state amplifiers, though, the X350 does not have a hint of that buttery sound that can make music sound a bit too smooth due o a slight blunting of transient leading edges. It never veers toward the syrupy or the euphonic, like certain tube amps do. The X350 simply presents music in a non-fatiguing, low noise way, leaving the listener with a highly musical and engaging experience. It has an uncanny way of drawing the listener into the musical experience and who can really ask for more. It's a beautiful powerhouse and you'll hear sounds you never heard before and this is no exaggeration. This is the finest amp I have ever had then pleasure of owning and I've been at this 47 years. But for the fact that I have to seriously downsize I would never sell this amp and some other equipment. This amp is literally part of the family. In my opinion there is no amp out there at or near this price that equals what this amp provides. Lastly, I have a couple of significant special bonuses that I will include with the acquisition of this amp which make this purchase an even more outstanding deal.
