QED Vector Reference , great preamp with passive/active stage switched from remote control. The unit does not work anymore. Paid $1000 for it, I'm the first owner, unit was used for about 2 years and then kept in the system while I was overseas for awhile. It turns on, and some function work, but you cant't switch inputs from remote, or change volume. In passive mode it is more transparent and musical than most active preamps, including Rowland, Threshold, Klyne.... Have original box and remote.
