Unit has some light scratches on top of the case from being mounted in a rack. Does not affect functionality. Front face has no scratches or blemishes. Comes with original remote and packaging. I have never observed the "mute" issue as has been discussed regarding this processor. It has had the firmware updated to the latest version so this may have solved any issues that existed.
