Tortuga Audio LDR3 V2 Preamp Neotech Upgrade

For sale is my 7 month old Tortuga Audio LDR3.V2 passive preamp. I am selling this so I can buy the balanced version to go with my new amplifier. Uses an Apple Remote which operates wonderfully with this unit. I have the receipt that proves that I bought this new from Tortuga on 2/11/16. I have gone back and forth between this and a tubed unit that I built since February in my main system. The tubed unit goes to my second system. I have the latest Software Remote Upgrades. The unit reads out (blue LEDs) the numerical values of both left and right channel volumes simultaneously if you so choose.  Sorry I cant get you better photos but believe me the piece is near mint.
This preamp's greatest asset is also, potentially, its greatest fault. I find the sound superb but then I like components that do not lend much, if any, of their unique sound to the system. This is the most neutral and the quietest preamp I have ever owned. This piece does not editorialize one bit and it does sound very different (better) than most active units. No cheaper active preamp I have ever heard can touch this unit. I have heard $ 10,000.00 plus preamps that arent nearly as good. Having said this I have also heard megabuck preamps, particularly tube units, which I liked better. An absolute bargain at its retail price and a steal at my asking price. Unit will be double boxed with a large outer box surrounding the original box. Remote, batteries and owners manual are included. Add 3% for Paypal. Flat $ 25.00 to ship via insured USPS to the lower 48. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska it shouldnt cost much more to ship. Please buy this so I can order my balanced version!
