SONY Qualia 004 - Ultra High End Video Projector
The Qualia 004 was built to the highest standards I have ever seen in Home Theater, aluminum chassis, weighing over 80lbs (40kgs), 700W Pure Xenon bulb that will allow you to light up a 200+ inch screen easily.
The unit has 1200 hours of total use on first bulb (brand new bulb included), absolute mint condition. The Qualia uses a 700W Pure Xenon bulb, whereas the VW100/200 use 400W, other SONY's use standard UHP bulbs.
New retail was over well over $30,000. Lenses sold separately at 3k each. Two lenses included; VPLL-ZP310 / VPLL-ZP550, short and long throw. Designed by Carl Zeiss.
Even today looking at color accuracy, depth, dynamics, ANSI-contrast, the Qualia is still top of the heap! Lots and lots of reviews.
