Sony VPL-VW1000ES 4K technology projector top of the line

I'm selling a brand new Sony VPL-VW1000ES projector. It is a current model and Sony's top of the line projector. 4K technology means 4096x2160 pixels, more than double 1080p. I have receipt dated April 2012 showing I paid $25,000 for this unit. Receipt will be included in the sale.

Plans for a new home went bad and now in legal battle. This was ordered for new home. Box was opened to examine parts, but the projector was never removed from the box. This unit is basically brand new (never used), but box was opened. Comes with all accessories as if purchased from Sony.

Due to size and weight of box, local pick up in W. Los Angeles is highly preferred. Due to the expensive nature of this product, I can only accept cash or a wire transfer. Certified checks or money orders may be accepted, but the wait could exceed one month or more until it has cleared and you MUST contact me first as I will require other documentation (sorry for the hassle, but this is necessary due to the rise of fraudulent financial activities). No other payment method will be considered. Buyer to pay for shipping fees.
