One HOLY COW AMAZING SOUNDING pair of solid silver speaker cables by Audioquest - a true gem of a find (the current model of solid silver speaker cables by AQ, albeit a little larger, is nearly $20k)! I required a shorter run, hence had Audioquest break down a 12' run into 2 x 6' runs (at their factory using same-as-new cold-welding technique with factory spades). I am selling TWO PAIRS, each has advantages/disadvantages. 1. This pair has double-DBS wires from the cable allowing you to connect two separate battery packs. This comes with 36V packs. I'm not telling you to connect anything different.. - Note AQ does not recommend connecting 2 x 72V DBS packs to each cable for safety/fire hazard reasons. 2. This set has rubber (NOT METAL) connectors where the cable sleeves into the spider webbing on the interconnects. Disadvantage - they don't look as nice; on the other hand, they also won't scratch your equipment. 3. This set DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BOX OR ROUND TIN, I am including those with the other set. I am including a copy of the $175 to have AQ factory split these cables. Sound is exactly same as new.
I am (regrettably) dissassembling a 6-figure surround system, I had vertically bi-amped the front B&W 802D speakers with 2 sets of Kilimanjaros (and a third CV-6 for a tinge of copper sound). For the 802's I think these sounded better than the Everest. But on single wire (not vertically bi-amped, the Everest sounded a little fuller - on my speakers, I liked Kilimanjaros better, but with more sound/power, the Everest's might sound better.
Thank you for looking at this listing. Includes 4 x 36V DBS battery packs (disconnected during shipping), will ship FedEx Ground Insured, due to traveling may take up to 7 days to ship. If purchasing from Canada - extra $10 for shipping and I WILL NOT MISREPRESENT ACTUAL SALE PRICE TO CUSTOMS. I will consider reasonable offers and respectfully not even respond to low ball offers. Questions welcomes and always answered very quickly.
ADDENDUM; The other set of Kilimanjaro's already sold, congratulations to the buyer - these cables are amazing!
Questions for the seller |

Hello all new cables have
72 volts per legg ,why only 36 v ? The current generation of AQ silver wires are $10-20k/pair, they have 72V DBS battery packs. Older models started at 24V, then 36V, then the current line. As AQ made the transition from 36-->72V they had an intermediate year where they used 2 x 36V battery packs. I am not suggesting you plug larger battery packs into this configuration for legal/safety reasons. This pair does not include the box/tin. I have the Audioequest receipt from when they split this cable for me (all OEM cold-welded spades).
