This is a one time offering of an audiophile collector, all of the speakers and components are are in perfect working condition! I have assembled some of the finest sounding vintage audio that I have collected over the years. It has taken many years of collecting to put this system together. Hand selected, and set up to provide, the best vintage tube systems I have ever owned.
This actual system is completely working and ready for a demonstration for serious buyers by appointment only!
I will give a short list of what's included and provide details and specs to serious prospective buyers only!
McIntosh MC-240 Previously owned by a personal friend of" Paul Klipsch"
( includes bench test, upgrades and all specs, including a lapel pin ( Actually worn by " Paul Klipsch" at a trade show" ) Spec tested at 52 watts on the left channel and 54 watts on the right channel. It also has: the original owner manual from 1966. It also has: all 18 paper couplings capacitors were replaced with film type capacitors. Added low impedance mod to power supply for HF stability. Replace problematic selenium rectifier with silicone and adjusted bias to spec. Power supply capacitors over 14 hours and checked ripple- OK
Also a Music Reference RM-9 Built by Roger Modjeski Serial # 50.
This tube powered amp has a 100 real watts per channel.
This system also has an array of vintage Klipsch speakers .
2 pairs of Lascala's 2 pairs of Cornwall's, 3 pairs of Klipsch Hersey's.
Included is a Mitsubishi LT-30 Linear Tracking turntable, with a brand new Grado Prestige Gold Cartridge.
Also an Eastern Electric Tube CD Player with Remote!
I also will include a pair of ESS Heil AMT Tower Speakers .
This is some serious rare vintage equipment, everything pictured, except the Dynaco ST-70 is included. 2 remote controlled Velodyne subwoofers, Dynaco pas2 tube preamp,5 Niles speaker selectors, all cables, speaker wire etc.
I am sorry, But I will not separate, it must be all be sold at once!
You must have cash or PayPal add 3%, and a large truck along with 3 to 4 guys to move it!!
