This preamp really is in excellent condition. It was sent to Spectral late last year for a health check and to correct any potential issues. I have the original box, manual and second set of top screws. It also has the phono stage which sounds very nice. You will not be disappointed by this preamp. I've rated it 8/10 but it could easily be 9/10. I will post pictures including documentation from its visit at Spectral as soon as I get enough daylight to produce a good set.
