Selling my Spectron Musician Mk II with long Remote Sense Cables. I love this amp but new high efficiency speakers are not the best match for this beast. The amp is rated a soild 8 with just a minor scratch on the top cover about 1/2" long. The amp has been upgraded to hybrid status which you can read about the upgrade at Spectron's website under products/factory upgrades.This amp has almost the same performance of the flagship Spectron Musician III Mk-2 ($7,195.00) at a fraction of the cost! Power is 550W/channel. Balanced and single ended inputs. Currently configured for single ended. Changing to balanced requires one to remove the cover and throw a switch inside.
The Remote Sense cables are custom. One 25ft. length and one 35ft length. Treminated with gold Speakon and Kimber Postmaster spades. The wire is high quality Belden. No voodoo , just good wire. I can also supply buyer with the schematics (supplied to me by Spectron) to build your own set of cables out of whatever you choose. Payment is by Cashiers check or money order only. No PayPal.
