Avatar Audio RECEPTOR No.3 Isolation platform. It works! 8 anti-vibration layers

      Once the Avatar Audio system achieved sufficiently high resolution, it turned out that the effective isolation of the system’s components from the vibration of the base and reducing their internal vibration are probably the most important condition of getting a State-of-the-Art sound. Our product lineup include anti-vibration RECEPTOR accessories: cable stands, weights, isolation feet and platforms which use the magnetic levitation effect (in No.1).
  
     Receptor Isolation Platforms are the best of our anti-vibration accessories, they damp vibrations even more efficiently than the ball feet. They improve the operation of each element of the path: the electronics (CDs, DACs, streamer audio, turntables, amps), loudspeakers and even power distributors.
We offer platforms in three sizes: small 35×35 cm, medium 45×40 cm and large 55x45cm; on request any size is available.  The thickness of the platform itself is 5.7 cm (No.4) or 6,6 cm (other),  the height of the set is 17,3 cm (No.1), 13,8 cm (No.2), 9,2 cm (No.3) or 8,5 cm (No.4), the mass of a set ranges from 4 kg to 16 kg. Standard colors are ruby ​​and grey-brown, on request we offer any color. Platforms are made of our company’s anti-vibration material and are equipped with ball feet or magnetic feet. No.1 has magnetic feet underneath and ball feet on top. No.2  has two sets of ball feet. No.3 and No.4 have only one set of ball feet, underneath.
 
    Here we offer the  Platform Number Three in small size 35 x 35 cm (14" x 14"). It consists of 5 layers: there are 2 layers of soft anti-vibration material between the 3 layers of our hard anti-vibration material. The platform is placed on three ball feet Receptor No.1.  The feet  have no caps, balls drop into the recesses on the bottom of the platform. The discs  are made of our company material that supresses the vibrations exeptionally well. On the bottom there is a very effective anti-vibration soft material. The balls are made of hardwood selected after testing 9 exotic wood species. Together, the Platform Number Three has 8 anti-vibration layers, alternating with hard and soft material, damping vibrations of different frequencies.
The thickness of the platform itself is 6,6 cm, the height of the set is 9,2 cm, the weight is 7,9 kg (net) and 11 kg (gross).
