Hsu MBM-12 MK2 Mid-Bass Module

This unit is designed to reproduce/reinforce mid-bass (50-120 htz) near to the listener. And wow does this make a difference in the impact of, for example gunshots, on the home theater listener. One of my guests literally fell off the couch during the opening car crash scene in the movie 'Crash'. I used it as s supplement to my infinite baffle subwoofer system (4 X 18" long throw woofers venting to outside of house), placed behind the home theater couch. It features a 12" down firing woofer amplified with 350 watts continuous, 1200 short-term, and can be used in either a sealed or ported configuration. It added hard-hitting, accurate punch to the bass, without compromising the otherwise unequaled lows of my infinite baffles.
