Sumiko Pro-ject RM-9.1 Turntable with Sumiko Blue Point EVO III special cartridge

The RM-9.1 is a new step into affordable high performance from Pro-Ject. This table is a mass loaded design with a thick acrylic platter and clamp assembly set on top of an inverted thrust bearing. This gives the table great speed stability as it raises the center of gravity of the rotating platter. To reduce motor noise, the motor is physically separated from the base and new damped machined Aluminum alloy and Sorbathane feet are employed. The tonearm uses a new conical Carbon Fiber arm tube with a single piece headshell and superior bearing asssembly resulting in the ability to use more massive and rigid moving coil cartridges. A Brass record clamp is included. High Gloss Grey finish. Includes a Sumiko Blue Point EVO III Moving Coil cartridge that has been professionally aligned. Also includes the optional dust cover. This table has played no more than (5) records and is like new. I will include a Sumiko Phono Box mk II MM/MC phono preamp at my asking price. The separate base that supports the motor was dropped resulting in minor scratches under the base. The motor itself was never dropped. Please see pictures. Unit is a 10 other than the under side of the motor base and is not visible.
