TECHNICS SL1200MKII TURNTABLE WITH UPGRADES AND ORTOFON

This is a very, very nice Technics SL 1200 MKII. It has received the following mods: TT Weights 454 Record Weight, XTM1 Acrylic Platter Mat, Mu-Metal Chrome Plinth Cover (looks nice and adds shielding ie: less noise) Accutex Headshell, Mogami Headshell Leads, Dalihaus Arm Dampening Modification. The KAB thrust bearing mod is done. Also included is a $400 Ortofon X5MC Cartridge with less than 50 hrs. of use. All aspects of this table work perfectly. Buyer to pay by Postal Money Order. I will gleefully ignore PayPal payments and lowball offers as this table is priced VERY reasonably and I have grown to hate PayPal with the white-hot intensity of a thousand suns. I must receive payment within 5 working days. I would keep this table, but money is needed right now. CONCERNING PACKING AND SHIPPING: I have in my life EASILY packed and shipped over 100 turntables with total success. I assure you this will be packed VERY safely and short of the UPS truck running over it, it will get there fine. I do not have the original feet, as I used Sorbothane pucks, which I am keeping. No dustcover is included. Main bearing was recently lubricated with pure synthetic machine oil (VERY quiet). Please contact me with any questions.

IMPORTANT NOTE CONCERNING FEEDBACK!: During my previous Audiogon transactions, I was hospitalized for a lengthy period and I was relying on my wife to take care of shipping, etc..... Unfortunately, things did not go so well due to her really not understanding exactly HOW to do things. Nothing got damaged and everybody got their stuff but there was a long delay.
