For some of you who like to keep the classic look, performance and world class turntable, here is your chance.
This item has it's motor unit and PSU freshly updated, as some of you may know that this 30+ years system still kick a*s and accurate , although it may not be when benched. You may not noticed a little drift just by looking at it's strobe. This occured with 95% of today's mk2 due to the aged components and misaligned. Still, it's an excellent performer considerably compare to other DDs
.
Cosmetic is decent, I would say 8/10 although there are some scratches on PSU top cover and common swirl marks on the dust cover.
I will include 2 blank armboards or predrilled. Tonearm shown is not included with the sale.

List of updates
Motor unit:
-Replace all electrolytic
-Replace some resistors and transistors where needed.
-Replace both Trimpots to 25 turns precision trimmers.
-Replace Xtal * Although this may not necessary(only 1 out of 75 mk2 has a bad xtal) but WTH...get it done.
-Calibrate clocks and check all signals point to point to factory spec.
-Clean switches
-Adjust brake and clean solenoid.
-Clean rotor and lubricate bearing
-Replace strobe with LED (color of your choice) or original strobe if requested.
-Adjust voltage on PSU unit
-Replace pilot light.

Shipping will be heavy and in 2 boxes. The plinth will be in a large and heavy box.
Im open to sell the plinth and the TT separately.
