I have up for sale my Theta Basic II Transport.The transport has coax and aes/ebu digital outputs. This transport suffered from the plastic gear failing (opening and closing the tray)which is common from what I understand.Through the forums here on audiogon I was able to source a replacement on ebay and took out the old one and installed the new one my self.The tray has worked fine ever since.
The Basic II has been unplugged from the wall in a static display for the last 7 years.Since I cant seem to regain my interest in high end 2 channel I have decided to sell my entire rig.The stereo was plugged in and ran for hours to ensure everything works as it should,including the tray on the transport.
