I am the original owner of these fine pair of Thiel CS7 Coherent Source Loudspeakers that I purchased new in 1997. They are surrounded in Morado wood which will go well in any interior. When introduced, these speakers received Stereophile's Class A rating and deservedly so. Musical stage is exceptionally wide and deep. Bass response is measured to 23Hz.
The woofer is 12" (9.8 radiating area) with aluminum cone, cast frame, 2 1/2" dia. voice coil,10 lb. magnet, 30 lb total magnet structure. Copper pole sleeve, copper magnet ring and made by THIEL.
The Lower Midrange is 6 1/2" (5" radiating area) with aluminum cone, cast frame, 1 1/2" dia. voice coil.
Upper Midrange 4" (3" radiating area) with aluminum cone, cast frame, 1 1/2" diameter voice coil.
Tweeter is 1" aluminum dome with short coil, ferrofluid, neodymium magnet.
The speakers weigh 200 pounds each and are 14" wide, x 19 deep, x 55" high.
There are no scratches nor dings on the speakers or front baffle. Any specs are dust on the lens/sensor
Because of the lighting, the tweeters look dented, but are NOT, it is only a reflection of the surrounding light source!
Michael Green solid brass cones are included.
I will deliver speakers anywhere in Florida, except Florida Keys.
Outside of Florida, buyer is responsible for pickup. Each speaker will be placed on a skid, surrounded in bubble wrap, corrugated board, and then shrink wrapped.
