Arm tube has a couple of nicks on it's L/H side, which do not effect the performance at all, just slightly cosmetic (see photo's)

Arm will be supplied with internal wire to the users choice, of in fact can be supplied without wire.

The retail of this arm is US$1700-00. 

Arm is easy to set up & full set-up instructions are given. Arm comes with Gold plated cartridge connectors & RCA outs. 

As the name suggests the Arm Wand, Main Body, End Weight Stub are made from Titanium, with the Arm Post & End Weight being Stainless Steel.

This arm is so good it can easily trade blows with an SME IV (or any other arm around $3,000 to $5,000) and in some areas exceed what those arms can do.

Bruce -So,I can’t say definitely why because I’ve never had a Mayajima mono cartridge, but there is something that sounds very “right” about playing my old mono jazz and classical records with you Magnesium arm & the Mayajima. The horns have a bite and an “in the room” presence that I don’t get from my ZYX Optimum (US$17,000) & Moech 8 (US$6,000). It sounds like music & that's just about as good as it gets.

Peter - Sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you but I’m getting very good results with your arm. My guess was good with the ZYX Omega: it works very well with this mass arm - I’ve had problems in the past with the lightweight SME V and other medium mass arms.

I've long been convinced by 12" arms, but they are invariably expensive and need a compatible turntable. Well with this kit you get a 12", carbon fibre arm tube uni-pivot for less than any built up arm. The arm reminded me strongly of the Morsiani (1,000 Euro) so that is very high praise, as I consider the Morsiani can lay claim to the Best Sounding Arm in the World.

David Lev - Overall, images seems to be more independent of each other, more like they are floating (in a realistic way) within the sound-stage.The alleged loss of 'bass slam' that many people claim uni-pivot arms are guilty of, does not seem to occur in my system with this arm. I am very happy with the arm!
