Still for sale: 1.8m MHDT Labs USB cable (9/10) for $30 (4th image). This is significant improvement over stock printer USB cable (good insulation, soldering, and right terminations for USB audio).
Also for sale: 0.5m Signal Cable interconnect pair (9/10) for $25 (4th and 5th image). This is a short cable with nice cover texture, handmade in the USA, i can find no fault (other than it being short, which can be a quality for signal integrity preservation if your components are close together).
