Tron Seven Reference rare

Up for sale is my Tron 7 REFERENCE , dedicated phonostage.

Absolutely Superb phonostage.

Rare find on used market.

This unit has DUAL mc inputs both at 69db gain making it ideal for a two arm table. At the flip of a switch your "rock" or "classical" arm/cart combo is ready to go!

The unit is cosmetically, mint minus.This unit has not been soiled with any fingerprints. Functionally perfect.

This unit features silver RCA's and silver foil in oil caps. The unit is fitted with parts directly from the Syren preamp which is currently (and has been for 6 years) tron's top preamp. I have been using the unit with an allaerts mc 1b mk2 cart with good results.

This is one of the best if not the best phonostage i have heard. State of the art. Textured and very articulate.

The unit is practically indistinguishable from a new unit. Immaculate is the word that comes to mind.

According to Graham Tricker the designer,

"The output impedance is around 500ohms. There is no provision for
adjusting the loading. The MC input is transformer coupled so no
loading adjustment is necessary. You only need worry about adjusting
the loading on a solid state phono stage where the only adjustment
available is by changing a resistor that sits directly across the
cartridge coils. The Seven is inductively loaded which is completely
different from resistive loading. All that is needed is to select the
MC gain to match your cartridge output (specified when ordered) and
sit back and enjoy the music."

Finally, the loading is identical on both inputs. Again, you won't
have a problem using different MC cartridges as long as they are
around the 0.3mV - 0.9mV range.

I have the original box and packing material and will be well for safe shipping.

In the tron someone will have a very very nice phonostage, match it especially with an allaerts and I think you will have a match made in heaven! As others have agreed.
