Art Audio Diavolo SET stereo amplifier

For sale is my Art Audio Diavolo amp, which is truly a special piece of equipment that looks as good as it sounds. I have owned this for 2 years and have enjoyed it immensely, but once again, I'm moving in a different direction and trying new things.

As you will find in the professional reviews, this amplifier keeps the magic of the SET tube sound, but has more bass weight and authority than found in many low-powered SET amps, and it also has a little extra power than usual at 13wpc. And it's a powerful 13 watts at that. In short, this thing rocks, but still has that magical midrange that is what draws people to SETs in the first place.

I agree with all of the accolades online about this amp in professional reviews and forum chatter. It's truly a work of art in both sight and sound. If you're in Denver please come by and hear it and you will not be disappointed.

I include in this sale the amp, the stock power cord, manual, all of the tubes that it came with (most are NOS matched by the manufacturer), including two VV32B output tubes, and an extra VV32B tube that it came with, for a total of 3 of those. I enjoyed it with the VV32B tubes, but I ended up buying a pair of EML 300B-XLS tubes (which can be swapped in with no other adjustments), and I liked the sound of the EMLs better. Those are $780 new by themselves, so I am selling them separately, but would be willing to talk about a package deal if you'd like to get those as well. I also have a Cardas Golden Reference power cord that I used with it (1.5m), which I will also sell separately, but would be willing to entertain a package deal for that as well.

This is a 13w, class A, single ended triode amp with zero negative feedback. It is in great condition and sounds wonderful. Local pickup would be great but I will ship it in the box I received it in if necessary. It's not the original box, but is a large double box with tons of packing material inside, and I will separately wrap each tube and the amp itself in bubble wap as well.
