Up for sale is an Audio Note M6 ‘Balanced’ Line Preamp. This is the finest preamp that I have owned in the forty years that I have been an audiophile. This preamp has a beauty and delicacy to the sound, with an astounding natural
resolution that only a handful of the very finest preamps have. It has a detailed and powerful bass that impresses me every time I hear it.

I am selling this preamp only because I have ordered the M6 Phono preamp. This is the end of the road for me. Truly beautiful sound. From Audio Note:

Level Four line pre-amplifier, with Audio Note™ 1 watt tantalum resistors, Audio Note™ silver wiring, 5687 line stage with novel power supply design based on the patented M10, 6X5, OB2, ECL82, Black Gate™ WKz filter caps, Audio Note™ in-house designed and wound output transformers with copper primary and an Audio Note™ silver wired secondary on an 0.1 mm Audio Note™ AN-Perma 50 nickel double C-cores.

I have had it fully checked out and serviced by an authorized Audio Note technician at Soundhounds in Victoria, BC.
