I just bought this preamp brand new from an authorized USA dealer. Needless to say it is flawless, and has very low hours. I already installed a new Synergistic Research "Blue" fuse so that will also be included with the sale. I purchased the new MSB DAC with upgraded outputs and found that I can live without the ARC. Local pickup is welcomed as well. Please see my other ad for the Shunyata Sigma HC power cable that is fantastic too.
